Lutzer Global Inc. (Lutzer Global) is a retained executive search firm specializing in procurement, strategic sourcing and supply chain leadership positions.  This data privacy policy applies to personal information collected from clients (prospective, existing and prior) and candidates (current actual, prior and potential candidates).

 

        1. What do we collect?

 

Lutzer Global collects relevant information provided by clients and potential clients as well as candidates or potential candidates.  Lutzer Global collects information from third parties for the purpose of a referral of a candidate.

Our site, Lutzerglobal.com, collects contact information through the general inquiry page on our contact web form. This includes name, email, telephone number and a message.

 

Candidate Information

Lutzer Global may also receive unsolicited resumes via our general email as well as information from candidates who may be applying for a position via any external job posting for which we have been retained.  This information may include employment history, professional history, education, certifications, professional memberships and citizenship. We may also collect information via phone from references pertaining to a candidate’s work skills and leadership skills.   We may also collect information from a work social networking site about candidates’ work history and contact details.

 

During the process of evaluating a candidate’s credentials and or interviewing him/her we may collect additional information pertaining to job skills or leaderships skills.

We may be required to have a candidate complete an Affirmative Action Form required by the potential employer.

 

Information from Clients/ Employers

We collect information such as a job description and contact details and well as well as an organizational overview that the client may choose to share.

 

Information from a Referring Third Party

We may receive information from a client or candidate or a referring party either in the form of contact details and/or a resume.

 

      2. How do we use the information that we collect?

Candidate Information

We use information about a candidate for the purpose of assessing viability for a given search and/or role.

 

Information from Clients/Employers

We use information from clients/employers to create a job profile with the necessary experience and/or skills needed for the role.

We store information whether it is collected online or offline.

 

Cookies

We use Google Analytics to monitor utilization of our site. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to track data such as the time a visit occurred, whether the visitor has been to our site before, and what external site (if any) referred the visitor to our web page. Google Analytics collects information anonymously and reports utilization trends without identifying individual visitors. The reports we receive from Google Analytics do not contain personally identifiable information. Except with respect to Google Analytics, we do not knowingly place cookies on the computers of visitors to this web site. 

 

        3. Do we share information that we collect?

 

We will only share a candidate’s resume/CV with a client (employer) if the candidate has given us verbal or written consent for a specific search.  We will not share candidates’ information with any subsequent clients (employers) without the candidate’s consent for that specific search.

We share candidate information with a client/potential employer including qualifications, work history, professional work experience/credentials and an overall assessment of the candidate’s viability for a role.

We do not sell, rent, trade or disclose your information to any third parties for purposes of marketing.

 

        4. What are your choices about the information that we collect?

 

A candidate may specify that his/her work history and contact details may only be shared for a particular role and/or search.

Candidates may submit information in the format of a resume or CV in response to any of our job postings.

If your contact details or work history have changed and you would like to update them, you can email us at our general email info@lutzerglobal.com.

An employer/client may specify ask us to maintain confidentiality regarding details concerning the organization that do not pertain to the search.

 

        5. What security measures do we use?

 

We use commercially reasonable security measures to protect any personally identifiable information under our control. However, no security technology is infallible. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that our systems will always be free from viruses or other malware or that, if you submit personally identifiable information through this web site that it will never be hacked or compromised. 


Sensitive Personal Information

We ask candidates not to email us any information that does not pertain to work history or professional qualifications and contact details.


Foreign Visitors to our Site

The Lutzer Global site is hosted on servers of our web hosting server company.  Our web hosting server company is based in the United States with servers predominantly in the United States.

If you reside outside of the United States, by using our web site or submitting your Personal Information, you understand that your information will be maintained and processed in the United States under U.S. law.
